Privacy in this hobby

Every order ships in plain, discreet packaging by default — no branding, no product names, and nothing on the label that hints at what is inside.

Nothing you post publicly uses your real name. Harvest Wall posts, grow-alongs and buddy grows show only the display name you choose, and you can change it whenever you like.

You can delete your account and everything attached to it — photos, diagnoses, journal entries and chat history — at any time from your account page or by emailing support@budometry.com.

What we collect

Account information you give us (email, display name), order information needed to ship your gear (name, address, contact details), photos and notes you submit to the AI Plant Doctor, messages you send to GrowBot, grow journal entries you create, and standard technical data such as browser type and pages visited.

Why we collect it

To fulfill orders, provide grow support, generate AI diagnoses and answers, keep your grow journal available across devices, improve our guides and products, and meet legal and tax obligations.

Photos and AI submissions

Photos you upload to the Plant Doctor are stored privately and are processed by a third-party AI model in order to generate your diagnosis. They are retained so our team can review quality and improve results. We do not publish your photos or attach them to your identity publicly.

Ask us to delete your submissions at any time by emailing support@budometry.com.

Who we share with

Service providers only: payment processing, shipping carriers, hosting, and the AI model provider that powers the Plant Doctor and GrowBot. We do not sell your personal information.

Cookies

We use a small number of cookies and local storage entries: your 21+ age confirmation (30 days), your cart contents, and your login session. We do not run cross-site advertising trackers.

Your choices

You can request a copy of your data, request deletion of your account and submissions, or correct inaccurate information by emailing support@budometry.com. We respond within 30 days.

Children

This site is intended only for adults 21 and over. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 21.
