Shipping & returns

Processing time

Orders placed before 2pm ET on a business day are packed the same day. Everything else ships the next business day. You get a tracking number by email as soon as the label is created.

Delivery time

Standard ground delivery runs 3-6 business days in the continental US. Expedited 2-day service is available at checkout. We do not currently ship outside the United States, and we only ship to states and jurisdictions where home cultivation is legal.

Shipping cost

Flat $24 standard shipping on orders under $300. Orders of $300 or more ship free. Oversized items such as tents and dehumidifiers are already included in that flat rate.

Discreet packaging

Every order ships in plain, unbranded corrugated boxes with no cannabis imagery, no logos, and no product descriptions on the outside label. The shipping name reads as a generic garden supply company.

Nothing on the exterior indicates what is inside, and we never include marketing inserts that would reveal the contents.

Returns

Unused, unopened equipment can be returned within 30 days of delivery for a full refund minus return shipping. Start a return by emailing support@budometry.com with your order number.

For health and legal reasons, opened nutrients, soil, and all genetics are final sale and cannot be returned.

Damaged or defective items are replaced at our cost. Send a photo within 7 days of delivery and we will ship a replacement immediately.

Refund timing

Approved refunds post to your original payment method within 5-7 business days of the return arriving at our warehouse.
